Character Synopsis
Botamo lunges back, but Goku manages to dodge his punch. Grabbing his opponent’s arm, Goku pulled Botam in and unleashed a flurry of punches that were finished off with a swift kick. Botamo lands and grimaces as Goku begins to realize what he’s up against. Hoping to make a little progress in the match, Goku fires off a Kamehameha, but Botamo flips over and lands neatly back in the ring. The heroes and friends of Universe 7 debate whether Goku will be the first to use up all of his stamina. At this rate, would he even be able to deal any damage like a Super Saiyan? Vegeta and Piccolo comment that Goku seems to be holding back in hopes of conserving his strength for later fights, but he might have to get serious.
Looks like Goku finally figured it out! Goku knocks Botam down with a gentle push and continues to pull himself forward by his legs. Botamo starts to realize what’s going on and tries to fire a few shots at Goku, who simply tilts his head to the side back and forth to dodge. Botamo thinks he sees an opening, but Goku grabs him from below and throws him right off the side of the ring. After a few shaken moments, everyone cheers: Goku has won the match! Beerus notes that Goku actually seemed to use his head. As Champa informs his team on the sidelines, Goku quickly glances at the other team, noticing one guy in particular.
