 Summary

While riding the speedboat, Bulma announces their trip to Frypan Mountain for the next Dragon Ball, much to Oolong’s fear due to Gyūmaō’s presence. Gokū dives into the river and tries to recapture Oolong after the pig transforms into a fish to escape, prompting Bulma to strip down to her underwear to lure her back. While Piggy demands Bulma’s “panties”, she gives Oolong PP Candy and promises to give him her underwear if he proves useful. The Oolong later transforms into an oar that Gokū uses to push the speedboat across the river when it runs out of gas.
On the shore, Bulma panics in frustration when she tries to use her Hoi Poi capsules for land transportation and realizes she dropped them into the river . Gokū suggests to Bulma that Oolong turn into a bicycle, only to find that the piggy has once again escaped. Bulma counters by saying “Pii Pii”, which activates the PP Candy she gave Oolong to act as a laxative to increase bowel movements, as a guarantee that the piggy won’t betray them again. Oolong is forced to transform into a motorbike, but this mode of transportation proves ineffective as the bike breaks down, leading Oolong to further explain that his transformation ability only allows him to change his appearance, but not his strength. Oolong then transforms into a pair of underwear to replace the one Bulma baited him with, much to Bulma’s anger.
Gokū eventually offers to let Bulma and Oolong walk through the desert. Unlike Gokū, the walk causes Bulma and Oolong to gasp with exhaustion, leading the woman to complain in frustration and then succumb to sleep. When Oolong and Gokū decide to heal as well, a cat named Pu’ar watches them through binoculars from a hideout near Gokū’s place. Pu’ar realizes that his fellow bandit Yamcha from Gokū and Oolong has appeared in the desert, causing the thieves to approach them and gain their attention as they approach the boy and the piglet to steal them.
