Summary
The chapter begins with the quirky characters of Penguin Village by Dr. Slump. While everyone is voicing their decisions and interacting with each other, Arale and Gacchan Norimaki #1 and #2 notice Goku flying his Kintoun and chasing General Blue. As Kintoun’s speed thwarts Blue, the General then decides to slow down, pulling Gokū closer to him and activating a rocket engine in close proximity to Gokū to burn the boy and direct him from his Kintoun. In the process, Blue ends up crashing into a nearby mountain, and Goku, after briefly meeting Arale and Gacchan, chases the barely escaping general with his Kintoun again, much to the admiration of Arale and Gacchan who are watching.
