Summary
As Yamcha Kamehameha rises towards Tenshinhan, he continues to parry the first attack, forcing Yamcha to leap into the air to dodge, the attack destroying the audience. In the air, Yamcha cannot move freely and Tenshinhan exploits this disadvantage for Yamcha by kicking him and then breaking his left leg while he is down. Disturbing the crowd, the announcer declares Yamcha unfit to continue the match, leading a distraught Puar to shapeshift into a magic carpet to take Yamcha to the hospital.
Gokū criticizes Tenshinhan for his cruelty and vows to avenge Yamcha in the ring. As the Tsuru Sennin laugh at the cruelty of their Crane School, the next match is Jackie Chun versus Man Wolf. Before the match, when Tenshinhan informs Chaoz that the turtle school is stronger than he expected, but still expects to win, Chun praises Gokū for his maturity during the agonizing conclusion to the duel between Yamcha and Tenshinhan, while Man Wolf is eager to face Chun.
