Summary:
The two Saiyan space pods continue their journey to Earth and everyone continues their training. Goku has his hands in the air, charging them for something. Kaiō then throws a giant brick and directs it at super speed. Goku times it just right and fires a small blast at it, blowing it up. Kaiō is stunned and says that he didn’t think Goku could handle Genki-Dama. He explains a bit more about the Genki-Dama technique, how he collects energy from everything, and says that he can create much bigger and more destructive ones on Earth. But he should only protect so much.Goku understands this and says that he will probably only use the Kaiō-Ken. Kaiō says that the Saiyans will arrive on Earth tomorrow and then they will go crazy. He forgot to take into account the time it would take Goku to travel back down the Serpentine Path. Goku can’t believe it and thinks it will be another six months, but Kaiō says it will only take two days like now. Which is still a day away and Goku thinks they’ll all be killed by then.Kaiō yells at him to stop babbling and tell his friends to bring him back to life with the Dragon Ball stuff. Goku asks how, and Kaiō tells him to put one hand on his back and speak from the center of his heart. “Grandpa… Grandpa Kame-Sen’nin… This is Goku. Can you hear my voice?” Kame-Sen’nin happens to be in the bathroom reading a newspaper. Goku explains that he’s talking to him from the afterlife, and then gets down to business, telling him to collect all the dragon balls. Kame-Sen’nin he says it’s done Goku says he needs to call Shenlong right now because the Saiyans are coming tomorrow.Kame-Sen’nin freaks out and says he thought there was still a month left, and Goku asks him to please hurry up. In the other room, Oolong says that Kame-Sen’nin is talking to himself in the toilet and Bulma thinks he’s gone crazy. Kame-Sen’nin suddenly stumbled out of the bathroom with his pants around his waist and told them to prepare the Dragon Balls. Back in the afterlife, Goku prepares to leave and Kaiō decides to fix his torn clothes. Goku thinks it’s really light, but Kaiō says it’s durable. Goku is glad to have left the kame (“turtle”) mark, and is glad he doesn’t have clothes like Kaiō. Kaiō says that the back is the most fashionable part. (Goku unknowingly has the Kaiō logo on his back.)“Now make your wish. Any wish, but just one, and I’ll grant it.” Oolong asks Shenlong if he can take out the Saiyans and save Earth. Bulma yells at him that she wishes Goku back, and Oolong says that they could wish him back next time. Shenlong says , that he can’t do it anyway. “I was born of God. Therefore, I cannot grant a wish that is beyond God’s power.” Kame-Sen’nin then asks to bring Son Goku back to life and Shenlong says it’s simple.Gohan notices that the sky has suddenly turned black, and Piccolo realizes that Son Goku is being revived. He then wonders that the Saiyans aren’t coming soon. And then Goku’s halo disappears! Kaiō tells him not to be careless when he came back to life, and Goku says that he knows because the Dragon Balls can only revive him once. Goku thanks him and says that they will meet again the next time he dies, then jumps back down to the Serpent Road. Kaiō thinks how great Goku is, aside from his sense of humor. Goku rushes down the Serpent Road, even flying this time. “And the next day at 11:43, two Saiyans finally invade Earth!!!!” Two space pods crash in the city.
