Summary:
Uranai Baba drops Goku off in the afterlife and Goku runs to Enma-daiō's office to ask him something. But first, Enma-daiō asks Goku what's going on on Earth, since there are quite a few dead to deal with. Goku says that everyone on Earth will probably come here, but he wants to know if someone named Son Gohan came here shortly before the large number of Earthlings started coming here. That guy is his son. Enma-daiō says no, and he would know immediately if he saw Goku's son. Goku is glad that Gohan is not dead. Enma-daiō says that someone even more amazing has come here. The King of the Evil Demon Realm, Dabra. Since he would probably like hell, Enma-daiō sent him to heaven. Goku thanks him and flies off.
Goku realizes that the Videl girl was right, but wonders why they never sensed Gohan's ki. He suddenly senses Gohan's ki, but he's not even here in the Kaiō Realm. Goku teleports to him and arrives in the Kaiōshin Realm to find Gohan practicing with the Z Sword. Everyone is shocked to see him. Goku thinks about Gohan's clothes and then notices Kaiōshin and the other guy who died. Kibito is mad that there is yet another mortal on this holy ground. Gohan asks why he's here, so Goku explains. Some time passes and Gohan thinks about all that Majin Boo has done to Earth. Goku wants to hold the sword for a while and says it's really very heavy, he swings it around a bit. Goku asks Kaiōshin if he can stay here until Gohan goes to fight Boo and also asks if he can get some food. Kaiōshin asks Gohan if he wants to rest as well, so they all head out. Gohan wants to see Super Saiyan 3 after he eats.
Back on Earth, a full day has passed... Piccolo wakes the boy up. He tells them to wash up and get some food so they can continue training. He must completely master Fusion in one day. On Earth's surface, Majin Boo has already destroyed two-thirds of the people and cities. Boo flies along, sees a boy walking down the road, and thinks he won't let anyone get away. Boo lands in front of him, but the boy just happily says hello and asks who he is. Boo thinks he should get to know him. The boy says he can't see his eyes and wonders if Boo is supposed to be someone famous. Boo thinks he's stupid and just has his eyes closed. The boy says he can't even see them open, he's been blind since birth.
Boo realizes that he's not afraid because he can't see him, so he restores the boy's sight with a spell. The boy opens his eyes and now he can see! He looks at Bo, but he's still not afraid, just grateful. Boo is confused and sits with the boy for a moment. The boy thinks Boo must be an alien because he has that thing on his head. Boo asks the boy if he thinks he's cool, and the boy assumes he's pretty cool, which pleases Boo. The boy decides to give him some money as a thank you. He was supposed to use this money to buy milk, but all the shops are closed. Boo tries to eat the money, but it's embarrassing, so he flies away. The boy is surprised that aliens can fly. Boo finds a guy loading his car, turns it into milk and brings it back to the boy. She tells him that milk tastes better than money and flies away. Boo then hits another city and blows it up, creating a huge cloud of smoke as he enjoys it.
Meanwhile, Gohan swings the Z Sword with ease and Goku praises how well he can handle it after just one day. Goku bets that the sword can cut really well and wants to test it. He picks up a large boulder and is about to throw it at Gohan.
