Summary:
Cell punches Gohan in the back of the neck and then kicks him away. When Gohan lands, he rushes after Gohan and then punches him. But Gohan jumps over it and then kicks Cell in the face, knocking Cell to the ground. Cell gets to his feet, wipes a trickle of blood from the side of his mouth, and says that he will make Gohan angry no matter what. Goku thinks it's good that Cell is trying to make him angry. Cell then fires one finger at Gohan just like Freeza did and Gohan barely dodges it. Cell fires a bunch more, with Gohan barely dodging each time. Gohan dodges the last shot and then Cell rushes up to him, grabs Gohan and wraps him in a bear hug. Gohan screams in pain as Cell continues to try to get him to get angry. Piccolo protests against Goku, but Goku tells him to wait a little longer. Piccolo thinks that if they wait, Gohan will be killed. But Goku explains that when Gohan gets angry, his true power is released. That's the only thing that can defeat Cell.
The others overhear this and can't believe Gohan has that much power. Cell continues his bear hug and yells at Gohan to get mad. Piccolo tells Goku he made a mistake and asks if Gohan knows about this plan, have they discussed it? “Do you know what Gohan is thinking right now? It's not about anger!! “Why doesn't my father help me when I am in such pain and dying? Maybe I'm a righteous man, the fight is more important than my life.' Don't forget! Even if he is the strongest number one, he is still a child!!” Piccolo prepares to help Gohan while Goku takes it all in. Goku looks at Gohan one more time and then yells at Kuririn to give him the senzu. Kuririn prepares, but then Cell drops Gohan. Cell thinks that if Gohan won't be angry because of his own pain, what about his friends' pain... Cell flies over to them as Gohan yells for them to stop.
