Summary:
Cell punches Goku hard in the face and then goes for another, but Goku ducks him and kicks Cell into the air. Goku teleports into the air behind Cell and punches him, but it was just a remnant. The real cell is now behind Goku and he slaps him but Goku barely dodges. They hover there in the air while Satan and the announcer wonder where they went and Kuririn is amazed at their speed. Cell says he didn't think it could be this much fun and he'd hate for it to end with a bell. He says he will remove the ring outs from the rules which are a loss because they don't need it. Goku yells at everyone to get away from the ring while Cell points his hands down at the ring and prepares to destroy it.
There is a giant boom and just like that, a large hole appears in the ground where the ring used to be. However, they all made it to safety, with #16 taking care of Satan and the others. He tells them to leave, they are in the way, but they don't listen. Both Cell and Goku land on the ground and Cell says that now the whole earth will be their ring. And now victory will be decided either by surrender or by death. Goku agrees that they should get to it. Cell fires but Goku dodges it. Cell fires another and Goku dodges again. Cell fires the whole bunch this time and Goku tries his best to dodge everyone, then takes off into the air.
Goku starts powering up Kamehameha, but Cell says that Goku would never fire from there. "If you do, Earth itself will be in danger!" But Goku continues his attack. As the attack is almost over, Cell starts to look scared as he realizes that Goku is actually going to fire the Kamehameha at him and the Earth!
