Summary:
Vegeta calls Goku a fool for not being able to take his ki, plus he’s back to normal! Goku says it was much easier when he was dead, and Super Saiyan 3 really eats up a living body’s ki. Goku thinks it’s a real bummer and gives up. The two Boo’s stare at each other and then lunge at each other. The bad guy elbows the good guy into the ground and then tackles him. Fatty can’t escape, so Satan runs over and tries to attack evil Boo. Bad Boo slaps him away and good Boo manages to break out of his head and knock the bad guy to the ground. The good guy tries to turn the bad guy into chocolate, but the bad guy dodges the beam and blasts the good guy from behind.
Good Boo regenerates and the two start trading blows again. Goku thinks the situation isn’t looking too good at this rate. Vegeta is silent for a moment, but then suddenly calls out to Kaiōshin and Dende. They all look through the crystal ball and say they can hear him. Vegeta tells them to immediately go to the restored Planet Namek and collect the Dragon Balls; no time to explain. Old Kaiōshin hesitates, but Dende scolds him that they have no choice. Old Kaiōshin finally relents and Kaiōshin says he will take them. Goku asks Vegeta what he is planning since it is too early to use the Dragon Balls right now. Vegeta asks him how many times he’s saved Earth and Goku isn’t sure. Vegeta says it’s time Earthlings take responsibility for themselves. Meanwhile, the Gods and Bee arrive on the planet Namek and all the Namekians gather to greet them. They even have Dragon Balls with them.
Dende relays this to Vegeta, who tells him to call Porunga right away. There will be two wishes. First, to restore the destroyed Earth to normal. Next, to bring back to life all those who have died since the day of Tenka’ichi Budōkai, save the truly evil people. Make both of these wishes immediately. Dende is concerned, but Goku tells him that he should go along with whatever idea Vegeta has. Dende asks about the third wish, but Vegeta says it doesn’t matter; wish for what they want. Goku asks Vegeta if it wouldn’t be easier for the second wish to say “bring the people killed by Boo back to life”. Vegeta says that it would bring back Bobbidi and Dabra and none of the people who killed Vegeta in the Budōkai.
Goku is amazed at Vegeta’s thinking. Dende suddenly freaks out and remembers that Porunga can only revive one person at will. Muri assures them that he has strained Porunga since the matter with Freeza. Then he is called Porunga. Muri wants Dende to make a wish while he still remembers the Namekian language… Dende makes the first wish and Porunga gives an English “okay” with an okey-dokey hand gesture. In space, Earth is back!
