Summary:
Gohan can’t believe that his father and Kuririn can’t come back to life, and Bulma explains why. Vegeta tells them to use their heads. He believes they should be able to transfer their souls somewhere else and then bring them back to life. Bulma thinks that’s great, and Gohan says thanks and offers Vegeta to shake her hand, but Vegeta brushes it off, telling her not to get caught at that point. He then thinks that he would like to try to be a Super Saiyan as well, and then he could surely win against him. Muri says they are all grateful to Earthlings and want to stay on Earth until they find a new home. He asks if they could have a nice place until then, and Bulma says they could stay at her house. He says Vegeta can come too since he probably doesn’t have money for a hotel. He offers to feed him a lot since he probably eats like Goku. But no matter how charming he is, he can do no wrong. Vegeta thinks she is a vulgar woman with a big mouth.
Bulma tells everyone to wait while she goes to those houses over there to borrow a phone and get her father to pick them up. But first she asks Gohan what’s going on and he asks if he can stay at her house as well. He says his mother will be happy to see him, but Gohan says he forgot to do his homework and his mother will yell at him. So Vegeta and the Namekians stayed at Bulma’s house in West City. 130 days later, the Namekian Dragon Balls were recovered and summoned the dragon right there in the Capsule Corporation. “Now you can make your first wish. Muri tells them they can wait until next time, this time they use all three wishes, and Gohan thanks him. Bulma (who now has longer hair) asks him to summon the souls of Son Goku and Kuririn here, and Dende repeats it in the Namekian. “I summoned here the soul of the one named Kuririn. However, I was unable to summon the soul of the one named Son Goku. Everyone is asking why. “Because that person is alive and I can’t just summon the soul of someone who is alive.
Everyone is glad he’s alive, but then wonders why he didn’t come home. Gohan thinks that maybe his spaceship crashed. Now Bulma says the second wish is to bring back Kurira’s life and then she appears right in front of her and everyone else. Porunga says he’s done a special service in restoring his body, and Bulma thinks he has a scary face, but he’s doing a good job. Finally, Bulma tells him to bring his son here. A pause and then Porunga says he refused because he wants to go home alone. Gohan wonders why, and Kame-Sen’nin exclaims that it must be because of his terrifying wife; the truly strongest in the universe is the wife of Super Saiyan Son Goku. Chi-Chi suddenly draws his sword and Kame-Sen’nin steps back and says it’s a joke. Piccolo says what if they bring someone from Kaiō’s house back to life instead if Goku wants to go home alone.
Because Chiaotzu and Tenshinhan want to be together, they brought Yamchu back to life. Then, after another 130 days, they revived Chiaotzu with the first wish, Tenshinhan with the second wish, and moved the Namekians and their Dragon Balls to a new planet with the third wish. And so about a year passed and Son Goku still hadn’t returned home. Gohan is sitting at the table in his house wondering if his father wants to return to Earth when he suddenly feels something. He then gets a call from Kuririn. They both notice an incredible ki, a bad ki, quickly approaching and think it must be Freeza. Kaiō feels it too, as does Piccolo (somewhere in the wilderness), and neither can believe it. Vegeta (at the grill) is upset that the damn Kakarrot didn’t finish Freeza. Tenshinhan and Chiaotzu (somewhere in the mountains) sense not one but two huge ki.
Sure enough, a spaceship like the old Freeza was headed for Earth. And Freeza, restored with robotic enhancements, tells Dad that this is Earth and that the Super Saiyans arrived before it. Freeza’s father, a huge guy who looks a lot like Freeza in his second form, says that it’s a small planet and they could blow it up with one shot. But Freeze wouldn’t like that. And using the radar, he noticed that he (Goku) is also on his way to Earth and soon he will see who is really the greatest in the universe. Gohan gets dressed and flies out of his house, with Chi-Chi asking where he’s going.
