Summary:
Frieza asks Goku if he would prefer an air battle or a ground battle, and Goku replies that the ground. Freeza chooses an island and they both fly over to it. Goku thinks it's a nice service when he takes off his dōgi, or wonders if Freeza is just a patient person. Freeza says that he's a kind person and decides to do one more great service for Goku - he won't use either of his hands. Goku thinks that's pretty generous as he stretches, then asks which one of them will start. Freeza tells him to do whatever he wants. Goku lunges at Freeza and punches him, but Freeza jumps over and kicks Goku. Goku dodges another kick and starts to kick at Freeza, but Freeza dodges and hits Goku with his tail, sending him flying. But then Goku comes back and grabs Freeza's tail and starts swinging him until he finally lets go and Freeza flies into a mountain.
Freeza climbs out of the wreckage and tries to hit Goku, but Goku blocks everything and punches Freeza in the face. Then Goku blocks another kick and Freeza tries to block the kicks from Goku. Goku blocks another kick until Frieza finally wraps his tail around Goku's neck. But then Goku bites Freeza's tail and follows up with some kicks and punches. Finally, Freeza punches Goku in the face. "Didn't you say you wouldn't use your hands?" Freeza says the service period is over and Goku thinks he should give Freeza some advice as a favor. “You trust your strength too much. You're leaving yourself too open for that.” Freeza weakly thanks.
