Summary:
On Kaiō's planet, Yamcha wants to know what's going on with everyone on Planet Namek. Kaiō says that Vegeta was just killed by Freeza and Yamcha can't believe it. Tenshinhan asks about Son Goku and Kaiō tells him that he just started fighting. Yamcha is getting upset, but Kaiō thinks it will be a good match. He says that those Saiyans are mysterious people, or maybe it's just Goku. He continues that Goku's power knows no bounds and he seems to be a completely different person than when he was training here. Meanwhile, Freeza and Goku stare at each other. Freeza says that he is stronger than he thought and is a little surprised that there is someone stronger than Captain Ginyu on this planet. But Freeza doesn't care and Goku says he doesn't understand. Freeza understands and then suddenly causes the mountain Goku is standing on to explode with kiai.
Goku appears above Freeza (who is in the air) and announces his token. He suddenly sends Freeza flying down to the water with his own kiai, but notices that there is no splash. Freeza reappears behind Goku and kicks Goku down into the water. Freeza wants him to hurry up and surface, but Goku stands under the water, thinking. “That bastard also has ridiculous speed… So, what should I do? He can't seem to sense his opponent's location just by their ki like we do... He's still searching with his eyes... Good! I'll use it…” Kuririn wonders why Goku still hasn't appeared, but Gohan thinks it's okay since his Ki hasn't diminished at all.
Goku fires two small Kamehameha balls and then maneuvers one to shoot out of the water towards Freeze. Frieza notices that it's not him and dodges it, then dodges another one, but Goku flies down to Frieza with an overhead kick and Freeza crashes onto the island. Goku thinks it was a great success, but then Freeza gets out of the wreckage and breaks his neck. Goku says "Huh... That didn't affect him at all..."
