Summary:
Goku thinks about the risks of Kaiō-Ken x3 on his body and Vegeta yells at him to go. As Vegeta goes on about how he's number one among the Saiyans, Goku thinks he'd still lose if he didn't use it. Yajirobe thinks he should run, but then Vegeta perks up and notices that Kakarrot is now powering up. "Body, hold together!! Kaiō-Ken times three!!!!!" Far away on his small planet, Kaiō begins to worry that he is using more than 2x and can't believe the situation.
All the "civilians" are now at the Kame House and Bulma is inspecting the battle with Raditz's scout. It goes like crazy; 17,000… 19,000… 21,000… And then it explodes! Now Goku is the one doing all the crazy weather stuff and Vegeta is freaking out. Goku flies to Vegeta and punches him in the face, sending him flying. Goku then approaches under the falling Vegeta and flies straight up to attack him, but Vegeta catches and prepares to attack.
Goku takes a sharp turn right in front of Vegeta, so Vegeta frantically tries to turn around and throw a blast at him. But Goku moves out of the way and then kicks Vegeta right through the rock formation. Vegeta jumps out of the wreckage, screaming like crazy, and then Goku flies at him. Vegeta frantically tries to punch him, but Goku easily avoids it by jumping over him. Goku then flies back at Vegeta from behind and knees him in the back, sending Vegeta into the air. But Vegeta swoops down and attacks Goku, but Goku ducks and punches him hard in the stomach. Vegeta bends over, coughing up blood, and Goku breaks away from Kaiō-Ken. Vegeta can't believe that Kakarrot has surpassed his fighting power and Goku thinks that Vegeta is a really tough guy. Yajirobe thinks that Goku could win it.
