Summary
Gokū laments that Pilaf and his gang are not strong, but Pilaf is undeterred. He orders the execution of their plan; to abuse Goku's tail against him. He doesn't realize that Gohan has ripped off Goku's tail, but the group surrounds him just so he can't see his tail. Believing that Gokū is hiding it, they distract him and grab the boy and burn his pants. Pilaf moves to grab his tail but can't see him as he has been removed. A half-naked Gokū breaks free from Maia's grips, but the Pilaf gang combine their mecha suits.
Gokū takes refuge in Kamehameha and uses a "light" to completely blow off the arm of one of the mecha suits. Mai dropped her suit and jumped into a new fused form, the "ostrich" type. The group takes a break, only to be chased by young Goku. Desperate, she fires a missile at him. Gokū grabs the rocket and throws it back at them, destroying the machine. Gokū claims the Dragon Ball and Shū's outfit as his prize.
