Summary
As the Red Ribbon Army surrounds Kame-Sennin's island, the Turtle Hermit is accused of being the scientist behind the creation of the Dragon Radar. As one of the soldiers pulls out his lunch outside, the Red Ribbon Army attempts to force Kame-Sennin to reveal the location of the Dragon Balls. The Turtle Hermit then retaliates and overpowers the army members. However, Lunch is restrained and has a gun pointed at her head, forcing the Kame-Sennin to stop any retaliation.
Umigame then manages to make Lunch sneeze, causing her to turn to her aggressive side and overpower her oppressor. While Kame-Sennin orders the remaining Red Ribbon soldier to withdraw and take their defeated allies from their island, the Dragon Team submarine consisting of Gokū, Bulma and Kulilin is pursued by General Blue's submarine.
While Kulilin and Bulma try to escape , Gokū refuses to back down and decides to stand his ground. Before Blue's men decide to try to ambush Gokū, Blue urges them not to attack unprepared, acknowledging the fact that Gokū was able to destroy two army platoons single-handedly and that the group that was sent to retrieve the Dragon Balls was defeated. by Kame-Sennin and Lunch. The general then decides to attack the Dragon Team himself.
