Summary
After Gokū receives no response after calling Bulma, it is revealed that the young woman is currently at school. After a brief conversation with the police officer, Bulma arrives, much to the surprise and excitement of both the young woman and Goku. After Gokū asks Bulma to fix the dragon radar, the policeman asks her to help fix his scooter, which she accepts.
Bulma then reveals that she goes to school and leads the policeman and Gokū to the inner garden of her house, to much to the surprise of Goku and the officer. He then meets his father, Dr. Brief, who initially mistook the police officer for Goku. Brief then asks his daughter if she and Goku are intimate, angering Bulma.
Meanwhile, Commander Red and his assistant at Red Ribbon Army HQ learn of Goku's identity as the one who recalled Generals Silver and White to order from the commanding officer. Goku's takedown. While this is happening, Bulma successfully repairs the dragon's radar and offers to join Goku on his quest to escape the boredom of her normal life, much to Goku's initial hesitation. This leads her to reveal a microstrip on her wrist that shrinks the wearer, allowing Bulma to ride with Gokū on his Kintouna. She is then accidentally stepped on by her mother, causing Bulma to snap out of her shriveled state and yell at her mother.
After arguing with her mother some more, Bulma grabs a capsule from her father's desk, heads outside and shriveled up, leaving with Goku for more Dragon Balls. While this is happening, the police officer is amazed at the speed of his scooter after the repair, and Dr. Brief realizes that his daughter took the wrong capsule.
