 Summary

As Jackie Chun and Gokū charge at each other, they both manage to kick each other in the face, resulting in a double knockout at the end of the 10 count, despite pleas from the audience for each fighter to stand up.
The host then explains, that there are no ties in Tenka-Ichi Budōkai and confirms that whoever stands up and happily says "yeah, I won it" first will be declared the winner. As both contestants struggle to get up, Gokū manages to get up first but collapses, leading Chun to victory by standing up and successfully saying the victory phrase.
Knowing that Gokū would practically mimic every move he made , Chun thinks that because his legs are longer than Goku's, his kick hit the body more than Goku's. While Chun marvels that Gokū is the only fighter to have pushed him, Muten Rōshi, this far, Gokū wants to train harder and fight Chun again, much to the crowd's excitement as they witnessed the grand final battle and the tournament in general.
