Summary
While Gokū and Kulilin are excited to be part of the eight to enter the Tenka-Ichi Budōkai in search of the Kame-Sennin, the Turtle Hermit is reunited with Bulma. Kame-Sennin asks the young woman for Puff-Puff, which makes Bulma very angry. Gokū then reunites with Oolong, Puar, and Bulma and introduces them to Kulilin. Kame-Sennin, Bulma, Oolong, and Puar are excited and amazed that Gokū, Kulilin, and Yamcha are part of the final eight, Oolong wonders where the hermit turtle is.
In room eight, everyone is very upset by the smell of one of the fighters , who goes by the name Bacterian, is known to have never bathed since birth and uses his foul smell to purposefully make opponents put their hands over their noses, rendering their hands useless in combat. The director eventually names the contestants and sets up the matches, though not before Gokū decides to eat. The matches are then publicly announced and the 21st Tenkaichi Budōkai begins.
