Summary
Raditz curses loudly as Piccolo announces the name of his technique, Makankōsappō. Gokū and his brother are left in awe of the ki that seems to spread light around their gaze before the prior has to turn away from the force of the blow. But when the dust settled, only a bleeding shoulder with scorched armor could be considered a success for the attack, which tore a hole in the mountain miles behind its target. Raditz noted the ease with which it penetrated his armor and acknowledges that if the blow had struck him dead, he would have been killed. Piccolo yells that he's angry as he's already playing and leaves stunned, believing the fight to be over.
He reached out to collect a large amount of ki in his hand and swung down, intending to kill his brother's arch-rival . Instead, he finds himself stopping his attack when his movements are interrupted by a small sibling who grabs his tail from behind. Knocked to the ground in pain, Gokū keeps the Saiyan pinned as Piccolo makes a second and final attack with what he can. Raditz begs for his life and tries to get his brother to let him go. Despite his archrival's plea not to listen, he lets go and Raditz viciously punches him back in the chin before slamming his boot into his chest.
He wrapped his tail around his chest and called his brother a fool for falling such a trick and that he really wasn't one of the first class elite warriors like him. He turned to look at Piccolo and dared the Demon Schooler to shoot again, knowing he could dodge him now that he was aware of his power. Turning his attention to Goku, he slowly crushed his sibling's ribs with his foot, letting out desperate cries of agony and suffering that echoed across the battlefield. Such cries did not go unheard as in a surprising burst of power young Gohan appeared with a rare look of pure fury etched into his features.
