Summary
As the masked man is stunned that Gokū managed to dodge his attack, he sees an opening to overtake the young boy as Gokū is in the air and cannot move freely. However, Gokū counters this by firing his own Kamehameha as he falls, which the stunned masked man manages to escape. When Goku pins down the masked man, the man reveals himself to be holding Goku’s tail, causing the boy to lose his powers.
Yamcha and Puar reveal to the rest of the Dragon Team that Goku’s tail is his weakness, surprising even Kame- Sennin. When Uranai Baba and Masked Man are convinced they have won, Kame-Sennin informs the team that Masked Man has known about Goku’s weakness the entire battle, much to their surprise. Elsewhere, using a satellite to watch the battle, Emperor Pilaf and his subordinates are thrilled to discover Goku’s weakness. The Emperor reveals that he has the last Dragon Ball hidden in a case so that it cannot be detected by the Dragon Team’s Dragon Radar.
As Pilaf and his crew set out to try to steal six more Dragon Balls, the masked man takes advantage of Goku’s weaknesses and uses her against the boy to dominate him in battle. When Gokū refuses to surrender, Bulma questions how the masked man learned of Gokū’s weakness, leading Kame-Sennin to reveal the man behind the mask to be the young boy’s late grandfather, Son Gohan, much to the team’s shock. Eventually, after torturing Gokū, Gohan inadvertently rips off the young boy’s tail.
