 Summary

As Oolong, Bulma, and Gokū head west to find the last Dragon Ball while Yamcha and Pu’ar, unbeknownst to them, are following them, the vehicle they are using is low on fuel. They settle in the town, where Oolong claims they will be able to refuel the vehicle.
In the town, Gokū is confused as to why the townspeople are afraid of Bulma, and this fear allows the Dragon Team to refuel their vehicle. and buy capsules for free. While Yamcha and Pu’ar spy from afar, the two men with rabbit ears like Bulma continue to add fear to the atmosphere as they patrol the town. While shopping for new clothes, Bulma inadvertently incurs the wrath of a shopkeeper for wearing rabbit ears without being part of the rabbit gang.
Bulma wonders why such an accessory can cause such panic in the town, both men threaten to take Bulma with them , though not before oppressing the other citizens of the city. Gokū then, at Bulma’s request, dominates the rabbit gang in a fight, forcing one of the two men to call out for their boss, which only hastens the palpable destruction of the inhabitants in the air, causing them all to flee.
