Summary:
"Then come out!!!! Come out, #18!!!!" Nothing happens and Cell realizes that she won't reveal herself. Cell decides to destroy this island first, a large one with a city full of people. Cell reaches out and releases an explosion that blows the entire island out of the water. Cell realizes that she wasn't there, so he tries another island and continues from there. #18 is afraid, Cell really destroys islands. #16 says that his attacks aren't strong enough to destroy her, but #18 is worried that #16 won't survive #16 wonders why Cell is making such a big deal about it when there is no one in space left to stop him, he believes that Cell really wants maximum power as Cell continues to blow up several more islands.
Vegeta flies along and decides to turn Super Saiyan along the way. No. 18 and No. 16 are rocked by the explosion as the island next to them has been destroyed.
