 Summary:

Goku feels that everyone is very close. Meanwhile, Freeza continues to smother Vegeta with his tail, eventually throwing him into a nearby mountain. Vegeta lies on the ground, covered in rubble. Freeza says it's boring as if Vegeta isn't even trying to fight. "It's a little early, but shall I deliver the final blow?!" Goku then zooms out and arrives just as Freeza is about to finish off Vegeta. Goku walks past Piccolo and notes that he was indeed the one with the mysterious huge ki. He also walks past Kuririn and Gohan, apologizing for being so late. Kuririn and Gohan question if it's really him. “So you're Freeza. You're more of a badass than I thought…” Freeza says as more and more scum are around. He tells Goku that Vegeta promised to fight him so he shouldn't interfere. Freeza looks at Goku and thinks he's seen him somewhere before.

Vegeta mutters "Kakarrot" and Freeza knows it's a Saiyan name. He suddenly remembers that he looks exactly like the Saiyan who fought him to the end when he destroyed Planet Vegeta. That was Goku's father, Bardock. Vegeta thinks "Kakarrot isn't the same anymore... He broke through the walls of his limitations... Is he an S-Super Saiyan...!?" Frieza doesn't believe this and attacks Goku, but Goku simply kicks him in the face and sends him flying. Freeza catches and lands, then laughs. He points his finger at Goku to fire the finger beam again and the others quickly scatter and tell Goku to do the same. Freeza fires a bunch of small blasts, but Goku stands still and just blasts them all away. Freeza can't believe it and Vegeta starts laughing and says that he is definitely what Freeza feared the most, a Super Saiyan. Freeza's eyes widened. "That's right! The legendary strongest warrior in the universe, the Super Saiyan... Fufufu... Freeza... it's for you... It serves you right...!!" Freeza suddenly shoots Vegeta in the chest and says " You should know that I don't like stupid jokes...”
