Summary
As the man thanks Gokū for saving Up's first son, Gokū rejoices when he notices the man holding the memories of his grandfather, a four-star Dragon Ball. While the man ponders the value of the mystical orb, General Blue finally arrives at the headquarters of the Red Ribbon Army after a brief confrontation with the soldiers who initially do not recognize him.
Meanwhile, at the call of Commander Red, the famous killer Taopaipai appears and demands a huge price for your services. Subsequently, Blue arrives at his commander's office and informs his superior about the current situation. Red then orders Blue's execution after the General fails to bring back the Dragon Balls despite being in possession of the Dragon Radar, but then reverses the order and forces Blue to fight Taopaipai.
Taopaipai proceeds to knock Blue out with a single hit, much to to the surprise of Red and his assistant Lieutenant Black. The slayer then learns of Gokū's identity, and after Black shows the slayer what the Dragon Ball looks like, Taopaipai heads to Gokū's location in the Holy Land of Karin. While the assassin is on his way, Upa's father informs Gokū about the Karin Tower and how those who reach the top gain exponential power by meeting the hermit and drinking his holy water.
