Summary
While General White is frustrated that his subordinates are unable to find Gokū, the young boy is unconscious and being dragged through the snow by a young girl. The girl informs her mother about Goku, who then wakes up wondering where he is. After the mother helps Goku recover, she and her daughter react with fear when they learn of Goku's quest for the Dragon Balls, thinking that he is part of the Red Ribbon Army, who then learn of Goku's location.
After a short after a moment of misunderstanding, Gokū learns from the girl and her mother that the army is after the Dragon Balls, he shows them the Dragon Ball and tells them of his intention to find his grandfather's memories, the four-star Dragon Ball. After Gokū explains to them about the seven dragon balls and what happens when they are collected, they learn that the girl's father and other village men have been threatened to help the army find the balls for their own evil.
After the conversation , a unit of the Red Ribbon Army barges in unannounced and threatens all three, leading Gokū to quickly defeat them, much to the girl's astonishment. Gokū then attempts to attack the Red Ribbon Army, but not before having to get more clothes from the girl's house due to the cold temperatures. The young boy then uses his Nyoibō to fend off the army's attacks and defeat them as they attempt to head to the top floor of the military tower.
