Summary
Gokū feels the ki emanating from Piccolo and realizes that he is trying to place all of his attack power into another technique. The god forces Gokū to run away with them, but Gokū is determined to stay in the match. Tenshinhan releases Kikōhō and creates a hole for his friends to hide in, and they all fight their way into it, with Lunch kicking the reluctant God into their hiding place.
Gokū braces for impact as Piccolo unleashes his super explosive wave demon, unleashing a wave of ki that absolutely decimates the Tenkaichi Budōkai territory. Piccolo initially believes that he has succeeded in killing Gokū, however, Gokū survives. After resisting the technique, Gokū is now confident that he can win.
